Using the tools

Youtilities is free to use for personal and commercial work, with no account needed. You may link to any page. Please do not copy the site, scrape it in bulk, or try to break or overload it.

Results are estimates, not advice

Calculators show estimates based on the numbers you enter and the formulas described on each page. Banks, funds, employers and tax offices apply their own rounding, fees, dates and rules, so their figures can differ. Nothing on Youtilities is financial, tax, legal or medical advice; check important decisions with the lender, fund or a qualified professional.

Your files

Files you open in a tool are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. You keep all rights to them, and you are responsible for having the right to edit or convert them. Keep a copy of the original before converting or compressing anything important.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are. We test them and fix problems we hear about, but we cannot promise every result is error-free or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the tools.

Ads and links

The site is funded by ads served by Google AdSense; see the privacy page for how they use cookies. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers' or other external sites.
