Increase PDF Size to 100 KB, 200 KB or More
Make a small PDF meet a form's minimum size, like 100 KB or 200 KB, without changing a single page. Runs on your device.
Runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Why a form wants a bigger PDF
Some exam, scholarship, bank and government portals set a minimum file size as well as a maximum, such as "PDF between 100 KB and 500 KB". The rule is meant to stop blank or broken uploads, but it also rejects a perfectly good one-page certificate that came out at 40 KB. This tool raises the file to the size you pick so the portal accepts it.
How it works
The tool adds a block of blank space to the end of the file as a standard PDF update, the same mechanism PDF editors use to save changes. The original bytes are kept exactly as they were, so the pages, text, images, links and form fields are untouched, and a digitally signed certificate (such as one from DigiLocker) still carries its signed content. Nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed, and the result opens like the original in any PDF reader.
Which size to choose
Pick the minimum the form states. The file comes out about half a kilobyte over it, because some sites count a kilobyte as 1,000 bytes and others as 1,024. If the form gives a range like 100 KB to 300 KB, choose 100 KB or 150 KB so you stay well inside it. If your PDF is already above the minimum, the tool tells you to upload it as it is.
Is this allowed?
Yes. The content you submit is unchanged; only the file size is. The portal checks the size to make sure a real document was uploaded, and the document is still the one you scanned. If a form needs a clearer scan, that is a different problem: scan again at a higher resolution instead of padding a blurry file.
Too big instead?
If the portal says the file is over the limit, use the PDF compressor to shrink it, or the image compressor to bring a JPG under a size before turning it into a PDF. For photo and signature uploads with a KB range, the exam form photo tool does both directions for images.
Your files stay on your device
Every PDF operation here runs inside your browser with an open-source PDF library. Files are not uploaded, there is no queue and no size limit beyond your computer's memory, and closing the tab removes everything. That makes these tools safe for bank statements, contracts and ID documents.
